We currently deliver in inner West Melbourne (Hobson’s Bay and Maribyrnong municipalities).

All products are subscription products which will automatically renew weekly. However, you can cancel, pause or amend your subscription any time prior to your next weekly payment.

Cancelling is simple. Just log into your member area and cancel your subscription before the cut-off date for that week (Thursday at 7pm).

If you do not update your order by the cut-off date (Thursday at 7pm), you will receive the same order as the prior week.

Deliveries are on Sundays between 5 and 8pm and Wednesdays between 5 and 8pm. This ensures that the food is at it’s freshest.

The food will be delivered to your door and placed in the cooler bag you were provided upon sign up.
The food should stay fresh for at least 1 to 2 hours but should be refrigerated immediately when you get home. If you know you won't be home at a certain time you can contact us and we will do our best to arrange a suitable alternative.

If you forget to leave the cooler bag and ice pack out you will be provided with a fresh bag and ice pack at a nominal fee of $15. If you have lost your bag you can leave out another cooler bag or esky instead which we will use for the deliveries.
